“I wanted to share this for any fellow moms dealing with prolapse issues...
I've been doing this program for about 4 weeks now, not as religiously as I should and I took a break during my period and just did the exercises, not the egg.
After 4 not 100% consistent weeks, I can already tell my prolapse is better. Even with a full bladder, it's no longer bulging out like it was before.
